Non-Refundable Policy All bookings made through the Helene’s House website are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been received and a booking confirmation issued, the full amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Guest illness, injury, or medical emergency
• Change of travel plans or personal circumstances
• Flight cancellations, delays, or missed connections
• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God
• Government travel restrictions, border closures, or visa issues
• Force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond our control

Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover, medical cover, and personal liability prior to confirming their reservation. Helene’s House accepts no responsibility for losses arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.

No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior written notice), the full booking amount will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.
