Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) local time.
• Standard check-out time is 12:00 (noon) local time.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
• Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in.
• Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must treat the villa and all its contents with care and respect.
• Any damage caused during the stay is the financial responsibility of the Guest.
• Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited unless otherwise designated.
• Pets are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Excessive noise, parties, or events beyond the stated guest count are not permitted without prior written consent.
• Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines during their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00 local time.

Booking Alterations Requests to modify dates, guest count, or other booking details must be submitted in writing to our reservations team. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Date changes resulting in a shorter stay will not result in a partial refund, in accordance with our non-refundable policy.

Limitation of Liability Helene’s House shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the Guest or any member of their party during their stay, including loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party at all times while on the property.

Right to Terminate We reserve the right to terminate a Guest’s stay immediately and without refund in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, including but not limited to causing damage to the property, disturbing neighborhoods, engaging in illegal activity, or misrepresenting the number of guests at the time of booking.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.

Acceptance of Terms By completing payment on this website, the Guest confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
